Privacy Policy

CallSpark Publish (https://publish.callspark.app) is operated by CallSpark (Devjoy LTD). This policy explains what we collect when you use it.

What we collect

• From TikTok, when you sign in: your TikTok open ID, display name and avatar, and an access token and refresh token that let us post on your behalf.
• From TikTok, before each post: your creator settings (allowed privacy levels, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are enabled, and your maximum video length) so the posting screen matches your account.
• Videos you upload: stored temporarily on our server only while they are sent to TikTok, then deleted.

How we use it

Only to show who is signed in and to publish the videos you choose, with the settings you choose. We do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or share it with anyone other than TikTok.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in.

Retention and deletion

Signing out deletes your tokens and profile data from our server immediately. Uploaded videos are deleted as soon as the upload to TikTok finishes or fails. You can also remove CallSpark Publish's access in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services. To ask us to delete anything, email ahmaliic@gmail.com.
